Hi! My name is Stephen and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. My interest in Software Development started back in 2017 when I decided to try editing custom Wordpress themes — turns out hacking together a custom reblog button taught me a lot about HTML & CSS! Fast-forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of pefecting my skills from Codetrain Africa and working on diffrent Web and app development projects for diffrent agencies . My main focus these days is building accessible, inclusive products and digital experiences at Upstatement for a variety of clients.

Since beginning my journey as a Software developer nearly 5 years ago, I’ve done remote work for agencies, consulted for startups, and collaborated with talented people to create web products for both business and consumer use.
I create successful responsive websites that are fast, easy to use, and built with best practices. The main area of my expertise is front-end development, HTML, CSS, JS, building small and medium web apps, custom plugins, features, animations, and coding interactive layouts.
I also have full-stack developer experience with ReactJs, Mongo DB, Express js and NodeJs (MERN Stack) and popular open-source CMS like WordPress.
